He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Belz and Carrie Belz (Garrison); his wife Judy A. Belz (Harvey); his daughter Karla Belz Waller; and his siblings, John Phillips, William Phillips, Hazel Jones and Lila Cummings.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Belz of Tioga and Robin Knapp (Jeff) of Tioga; his grandchildren, Jeffery Knapp (Kaitlyn), Jessica Bailey (Todd), Cassie White (James) and Carrie Howe (Isaac); and his brother Gary Belz (Jeanette) of Tioga.
