Webster of Tioga, Pennsylvania, born in Mansfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 3, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ansel, Sr. Webster and Dorotha Webster (Giles); his wife Ione Webster; his children, Amy Ensminger (Peter) of Columbia Crossroads, PA, Susan VanNess of Silver City, NM, Michael Webster (Carmina) of Vacaville, CA and David Webster (Kathy) of Tioga, PA; his brother Larry Webster (Carol) of Tioga, PA; his close friend Lona Snyder of Tioga, PA; his daughter Debbie Hillyard; and his brother Richard "Ted" Webster. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
