He is survived by: his wife Paula Butler (Turnbull); his children, Derek Butler (Crista) of Canton, NC and Jillian Cicalese (John-Louis) of Moorpark, CA; and his siblings, Clayton Butler of Milford, NJ and Judy Pursell (Richard) of Honesdale, PA.
