He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alloway and Pearl Alloway (Rankin); and his son Timothy Alloway. He is survived by: his wife Janice Alloway (Preston); his children, Jeffrey Alloway (Penny) of Seaford, DE, David Alloway and Barbara Scattergood (James) of Charlotte, NC; and his grandchildren, Justin and Olivia Alloway.
