He was predeceased by: his parent Charles S.; his spouse Mary R. Spicer; and his brother Frederick R. Spicer. He is survived by: his parent Hazer C. Spicer; his children, Sandra Spicer McCafferty, Chuck Spicer and George Spicer; his grandchildren, Mindi, William, Tiffany, Shannon, Kristin, Damon, Shana, Sara, Halie and Laci; his sister-in-law Marie Spicer (Honey); and also Doris V. Cochran. He is also survived by his 12 great-grandchildren and 2 Great-great grandchildren.
