He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kelley and Mildred Orr Kelley; and his brother Charles D. Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Gardner Kelley of Tidioute; his daughter Kathleen E. Niggli (Brent); his grandchildren, Kelley Niggli of Carlisle, PA and Colin Niggli of Carlisle, PA; and his cousins, Denise Fumanti and Donna Bielecki (Joseph).
