He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl F. Cook and Romana F. Cook (Behrendt); and his sisters, Carol Cook and Kathleen Causewell. He is survived by: his wife Tina Louise Cook (Dreslinski); his children, Lucinda Halloran (Adam), Ramon Cruz (Tiffany), Dana Cruz (Carrie) and Robert Cook (Laura Merritt); his siblings, Pat Rossi (Lou), Susan Serafini (Anthony), Douglas Cook and Martin Cook (Robin); and his nieces, Carrie Wieczorek and Lindsey Nestor. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
