He was predeceased by: his mother Betty J. Keefer (Johnson); his former wife Carla Marie Keefer (Gregg); his sister Valerie Galino; his sibling-in-law Terry Galino; and also Lee Galino.
He is survived by: his father Frank "Fritz" Keefer III; his wife Cynthia Ann Keefer (Lyons); his children, Lucas Daniel Keefer, Shelly L. Angerett (Tim) of Ohioville, PA and Maggie J. Silbaugh (Matthew) of Brighton Twp; his siblings, George D. Keefer (Linda Hajtol) of Greenville, PA. and Brenda Lee Bolam (Bill) of Industry, PA.; and his grandchildren, Collin, Mason Angerett, Madelyn and Makayla Silbaugh.
