He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Moore and Bertha Moore (Bupp); his wife Janet Moore; his son Troy Moore; his great grandchild Izzy Rae Peterson; and his brother Ronald Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Jack Moore Jr. (Lisa) of New Bethlehem, Connie Peterson (Richard) of Tidioute and Crystal Gertsch (Ted) of Warren; his daughter-in-law Debbie Moore of Tidioute; his sister Linda Reese of Tidioute; and his grandchildren, Brett Moore, Travis Moore, Christopher Peterson, Jesse Peterson, Jacob Moore and Hayley Moore. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Allegheny Bible Church, 45 Hill Dr. Tidioute, PA 16351.
