He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles Simons and Kathleen Simons; and his siblings, Merton Simons, Marian Kerstetter and Audrey Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Sabrina Barnes (Gary) of Warren, Lisa, Curtis of Jamestown, NY, Harold Simons (Holly) of Youngsville, Miles Simons (Beverly) of Tidioute, Daryl Simons of Tidioute and Jessie Matie (Jim) of Warren; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Cooper of Greer, SC, Merle Wingard of Erie and Karen Fors of Youngsville. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 25, great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Chief Cornplanter Council, Boy Scouts of America, 316 4th Ave. Warren, PA 16365.
