It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debbie Tombs Swimley (Tidioute, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 5, 2019, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Ila Smith; and her brother Brian Smith. She is survived by: her husband Karl Swimley; her sons, Nicklous Binckley of West Jefferson, OH and Derek Tombs of Tidioute; her stepchildren, Dakota, Garret and Abigail Swimley of Grand Junction, CO; her father Charles Smith; and her siblings, Darla, Donna, Shannon, Wendy, Teddy and Terry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
