He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Benner and Shirley Benner (Lewis); and his niece Staecy Benner. He is survived by: his wife Autumn Bupp Benner; his daughter Colette "Cookie" Nelson (Scott) of Youngsville; his stepdaughter Lisha Bupp of Tidioute; his grandchildren, Tyler, Bergen and Ryleigh Nelson; his siblings, Kelly Benner, John Benner of Tidioute and Tom Benner of Tidioute; and his niece Erinn Stemetzki (Mike) of Albertus, PA..
