With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cleo L. Deeter of Tidioute, Pennsylvania, born in Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 16, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence B. Turner and Lyda M. Turner (Haggerty); and her husband Lawrence B. Deeter. She is survived by: her children, Byron Hulings (Sharon) of Tidioute, Raymond Hulings of Tidioute, Susan Martin of Kentucky and Polly Nicholson (Dennis) of Tidioute; her daughter-in-law Sheryl Hulings of Tidioute; her children, William Hulings, George Hulings Jr. A and Diana Spencer; her siblings, Byron, James, Pearl, Laura, Betty and Hazel; her granddaughter Tammy; and her great grandchildren, Trent and Dale. She is also survived by Twenty grandchildren, Forty-three great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
