He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Dabeck; his parents, Edward Koscuik and Genevieve Grabowski Koscuik; and his siblings, Raymond Kosciuk, Charles Kosciuk, Arthur Kosciuk, Gerard Kosciuk and Alfreda Powell.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Ann Kosciuk of Lyndhurst, NJ and Robert Francis Kosciuk (Cheryl) of Hacketstown, NJ; his grandson Eli David Kosciuk; and his siblings, Joseph Kosciuk (Mary Clare), Natalie Isom of Bloomington, IN, Lorraine White Mursch of Ocala, FL, Dolores Wharton of Manchester, NH and Eleanor Hopkins of Tuscon, AZ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
