Bulford of Throop, Pennsylvania, born in West Pittston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel Bulford and Elizabeth Bulford (Davis); his son Joseph John Bulford; and his brother Raymond Bulford. He is survived by: his children, Helana Kincel (Kevin) of Jefferson Twp and Kenneth R. Bulford (Tina) of Tunkhannock; his granddaughters, Katrina Kincel, Chelsea Kincel, Alissa Kincel, Karlie Bulford, Jennifer Bulford and Stephani Halloran; and his siblings, James Bulford, Lionel Bulford, Harold Bulford and Charlotte Bulford-Kosciuk.
