It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Macknosky Boettcher of Throop, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" E. Boettcher Sr.; her parents, Adam Macknosky and Tessie Macknosky; her son Robert Jr.; and her siblings, Margaret Pavloski, Helen Bartholomew, Dorothy Toth, Mary Litman, Bobby Macknosky, Thomas Macknosky and Paul Macknosky Sr..
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen (Tami), Montdale, Carl (Cindy), Mark (Christina), S. Abington Twp, Edward (Bridget) and Mayfield; and her grandchildren, Adam, Amanda, Kyle, Hannah and Emma. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Griffin Pond Animal Shelter or St. Francis of Assisi Kitchen in Scranton.
