She was predeceased by: her father Andrew Miklus. She is survived by: her husband John Kostik; her children, John Kostik, Karen Kostik and Michele Reese; her children-in-law, Richard Reese of Leo Luna and Elena Kostik; her mother Ruth Miklus; her sisters, Mary Theresa Bueno and Janice Nemitz; her brothers-in-law, Marcelo Bueno and Jack Nemitz; and her grandchildren, Olivia Reese, Nicholas Reese, Alexandra, Michelle, Vlad Kostik, Madeleine Luna and Francesca Luna. She is also survived by her extended family and dear friends.

Memorial donations can be made to Hospice of Sacred Heart in memory of Joyce Kostik.
