With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine L. Oakley of Throop, Pennsylvania, born in Starrucca, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 26, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Oakley; her parents, Ethan Drake and Nellie Drake (Mead); her son Larry Oakley; and her sister Darlene Parks.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Oakley (Cindy) of Olyphant, Stephen Oakley (Joyce) of Carbondale, Chrisann Stinnard (Richard) of Simpson and Cheryl Masker (Theodore) of Mayfield; her sister Rhonda Drake of Scranton; and her close friend William Popick. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
