He is survived by: his children, Dianne Hickok (William, Factoryville) and Dale Choyka (Joanne, Throop); his grandchildren, Michael Choyka (Anna, Robert Hickok) and Bradley Hickok (Sara, Jonathan Hickok); and his great grandchildren, Kellie, Kyle, Cody Choyka, Luke, Avery, Cooper and Collins Hickok.
