He was predeceased by: his father Thomas C. Mayer; and his grandparents, Adam, Anna Magdzak, Otto and Ethel Mayer.
He is survived by: his mother Rita M. Magdzak Mayer of Throop; his siblings, Brendan Mayer, Thomas C. Mayer, Jr. and Sharon Heppler (Richard); his aunt Joan Seland; his uncle Donald Magdzak; and his cousins, Jennifer, Bonnie and Cheryl. He is also survived by cousins; three great-great cousins.
