She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Evans and Mary Evans; her brother John Evans Jr.; her husband Donald Peter Eckert; the mothers of children, Christine Thomas (Christopher Thomas) of Chatham, NJ and Andrea Clemens (Bradford Clemens) of Souderton, PA.; and her grandchildren, Nolan, Wyatt Clemens, Addison and William Thomas.
She was a breast cancer survivor and also fought Graves Disease, Gastroparesis, Subclavian Steal Syndrome, and three Pulmonary Embolisms before COVID and finally Late Stage Alzheimer's Disease.
