She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sandt and Virginia Sandt (Strunk); her brother Clayton Sandt; and her stepdaughter Patricia Howley. She is survived by: her husband James Howley; her son Craig Miller; her daughter-in-law Patricia Fisher of Gouldsboro; her daughter Dawn Werner (Gregory) of Clifton Twp; her siblings, Jack Sandt of Bangor and Nancy Ritz (Joe) of Thornhurst Twp; her grandchildren, Dave, Amy, Christine, Alexander (Courtney), Natalie, Matthew (Sara), Michael, Olivia, Nathan, Victoria, Steven and Wyatt; her great grandchildren, Kylee, Gavin, Benjamin, Ryan, Dorothy, Delores and Zoe; and her stepchildren, Penny Wesoloski, Susan Howley, John Howley and Lori White.
