She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Booher and Pauline Booher (Turbett); and her siblings, Erie Amtower, Robert Booher and Norma Jean Booher.
She is survived by: her husband James D. Barnes; her daughter Pamela L. Feltman (Michael) of Thompsontown; her grandchildren, Lauren Smith (Andy) and Brody Feltman; her great grandchildren, Rowan, Andrew, Wrett, Haven, Shea, Rory, Thatcher, Liam and Arden Smith; and her grandchildren, Mifflintown and Dolores Wharton (Glen) of Port Royal. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc. (111 W Fall St, McAlisterville, PA 17049). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Mrs. Barnes' memory to the Juniata County Meals on Wheels, P.O. Box 251, Mifflintown, PA 17059.
