She was predeceased by: her parents, Keemer Watts and Geneva Watts (Meredith); her daughter Cara Leigh Gabbard; and her siblings, Harold "Jiggs" Haines and Thelma Cupp.
She is survived by: her husband Roger D. Gabbard; her son Josh Gabbard of Thompsontown; her granddaughters, Amira Mae Gabbard and Octavia "Tiva" Marie Gabbard; and her siblings, Shirley Eichman of Enola and Larry Watts of New Oxford.
