He was predeceased by: his wife Judy I. Sieber (Sparks); his daughter Wendy Sieber; his parents, Merrill E. Sieber and Emma Jane Sieber Van (Gingrich); his stepfather Clarence "Lefty" Van Horn; and his close friend Tina Regester.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy L. Ebersole (Neil) of Mifflintown and Mark L. Sieber (Susan) of Port Royal; his grandchildren, Jenna Hart (Devin) of Port Royal and Jeremy Sieber of Port Royal; and his siblings, Robert M. Sieber (Eva) of Mifflintown, Rena M. Hosler (James H. Jr.) of Thompsontown and Gerald L. Sieber (Donna) of Port Royal.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Faith Bible Church, 317 4th Street, Port Royal, PA 17082.
