He was predeceased by : his wife Judy I. Sieber (Sparks); his daughter Wendy Sieber; his parents, Merrill E. Sieber and Emma Jane Sieber Van (Gingrich); his stepfather Clarence "Lefty" Van Horn; and his close friend Tina Regester.

He is survived by : his children, Cathy L. Ebersole (Neil) of Mifflintown and Mark L. Sieber (Susan) of Port Royal; his grandchildren, Jenna Hart (Devin) of Port Royal and Jeremy Sieber of Port Royal; and his siblings, Robert M. Sieber (Eva) of Mifflintown, Rena M. Hosler (James H. Jr.) of Thompsontown and Gerald L. Sieber (Donna) of Port Royal.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Bible Church (317 4th St, Port Royal, PA 17082). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Faith Bible Church, 317 4th Street, Port Royal, PA 17082.
