He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Belch and Louise Sherman (Skelston); his stepfather Donald Sherman; and his sister Barbara Miller. He is survived by: his daughter Alicia Belch; his grandson Theodore Griffiths; and his siblings, Nancy Julius of Olyphant, Bill Belch (Lisa) of Rochester, Minn. and Danny Belch (Kelly) of Wilkes-Barre. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren and friends.
