He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Pelly and Celine Pelly (Schretlen). He is survived by: his siblings, Mary DiSalvo and Morgan Pelly; his sister-in-law Lisa; his siblings, Sharon Argenbright and Chris Pelly; his sister-in-law Juanita; his siblings, Michael Pelly, Celine Pele and Joe Pelly; his sister-in-law Sara; his daughters, Margaret Mary Pelly and Amye Elizabeth Pelly; and his grandchildren, James Scott Pelly, Hazel Hendrix Ann Martin, Donald Gregory Carroll and Serenity Carroll. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
