He is survived by: his parent Louise Hine; his wife Sarah; his children, Natalie Hine, Alex Sydlosky and Terry Swift; and his sisters, Karee, Chuck Battle, Jacalyn, Rick Randall, Wendy and Tim Oakley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
