He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis C. and Ruth Higbee (Patterson); and his sister Barbara Riggin. He is survived by: his wife Marlene; and his siblings, Willis Higbee (Theresa) and Ruth Crowe (Gary). He is also survived by numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
