She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis O. Hoover; her parents, Howard Samuel and Margaret Jane Weigle (Gauley); and her siblings, Emma J. Welsh and James Weigle.
She is survived by: her daughter Tonya Sue Young (Don) of York; her grandsons, Justin Curtis Ranieri (Rachel) of East Berlin and Tyler Ray Smith of Dover; and her great grandchildren, Lucas and Lawson Ranieri. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear loving friends.
