He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester E. Lentz Sr. and Beverly Lentz (Breeden); his son Jeremy Lentz; and his sister Leslie Young. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lentz (Wagner); his sisters, Peggy Shank (Jeff), Lucy Heck (Harry "Butch") and Melissa Shipley (Mike); and his brothers-in-law, Wayde and Jason Wagner.
