He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin L. Shive and Effie I. Shive (Rohrbaugh); his wife Anna Mae; his son Leroy Jr.; and his siblings, Francis, Leona and Lois.
He is survived by: his children, Larry (Dorothy) and Lori; his grandchildren, Shawn (Katie), Jamie (Matt), Zach (Nicky) and Scott; his great grandchildren, Brooke, Delanie, Dani and Dylan; and his sisters, Darlene Myers and Nancy Lee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
