He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey B. Horning and Nancy W. Horning; his siblings, Henry W. Horning, Lena (Michael Brown), Irvin W. (Grace) and Verna (Raymond Shirk); his sister-in-law Lela Horning (Youndt); and his daughter-in-law Lisa Horning (Johnston).
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Horning (Wise); and his children, Darlene (Steven McCosby), Clifford (Gina), C. Nelson (Cynthia), Philip (Kelly) and Chrystle (Kevin Swatski).
Due to COVID, services will be private at the convenience of the family.
Many thanks to the doctors, nurses, and aides who gave excellent care to Harvey as he journeyed with Parkinson's at Fairmount and later at home.
