He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey S. Forney and Ruth E. Forney (Lunt); his sister Ann Henry; and his great grandchild McKenzie Lynn Moore. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Ruth Forney (Shumway); his close friends, Greg Barnhart and Miranda Thompson; his grandchildren, Ethan, Kayla, Cassidy, Luke, Michael, Xander, Bryonna and Aaliyah; his siblings, Scott Forney and Gwen Rushton; his uncle Sonny Lunt; and his aunt Norma Mullen. He is also survived by his wife, David is survived by his children.
