He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Gable and Mary Gable; his sister Gerry Putt; and his half-brother Alston Gable. He is survived by: his wife Glorene L. Gable (Mellinger); his sons, Gregory (Heidi) and Eric Gable; and his sister Evelyn Mitchell. He is also survived by two granddaughters and a step-granddaughter.
