He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Trostle (Foltz); his parents, Charles Trostle and Daisy Trostle (Zerbe); and his siblings, Grace Youndt, Elsie Sweitzer, Howard Trostle, Helen Light, Hazel Reinhold and Fern Trostle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Johnson, Libbie (Donald Means), Rebecca (Keith Francis) and Nancy (Pastor George Callister); and his sisters, Sue Stubbs and Joyce (Ray Coldren).
