He is survived by: his parent Phyllis Ortz (Painter); his wife Geraldine Ortz of Templeton; his children, Tammy Dinger (Bill) of Distant, James Thompson of Brookville, Michele Thompson of Clarendon and Christina Murdock (Tina); his grandchildren, Samari Dinger, Ashley Thompson, Taylor Thompson, Justie Jo Thompson, John Michael Thompson, Jacob Murdock and Sydney Murdock; and his siblings, Dorothy Minich, Deretha Shuster (Hope), Joyce Foster, Paul Ortz, Raymond Ortz, Gary Ortz, Kent Ortz and Mike Ortz.
