He was predeceased by: his siblings, Melvin L. Fox, Charles R. Fox and JoAnn Bish. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Fox of Templeton; his children, Pamela Hooks (Howard) of Templeton and Richard Dale Fox Jr. (Diana) of Templeton; his granddaughters, Renee Michelle Jamison (Brian) of Tyrone, Kristy Lynn Conrad (George) of Tyrone, Tracy Hooks (Gary) of Ford City and Mandy Petruzzi of Templeton; and his sisters-in-law, Esther Fox and Laura Fox. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
