She was predeceased by: her father Earl James Slagle, Sr.; her brothers-in-law, Terry and Ron Cloak; and her parents-in-law, Viola Cloak and Howard Cloak.
She is survived by: her mother Dolores Slagle (Fox) of Templeton; her husband Randy; her daughters, Kelly Craft (Bradley) of Youngsville, NC and Julie Parks (Philip) of Dayton; her brother Earl Slagle, Jr. (Lisa) of Templeton; her uncle Homer; her aunt Ada Fox of Templeton; her cousins, Dana Fox (Paula), Aaron Fox (Sharon) and Jeremiah Fox (Pam); her sisters-in-law, Jean, Janet and Kathy; her friends, Rich, Linda Wingard, Barry, Debbie Dinger, Jackie and Dave Baum; and her grandsons, Luke Craft and Paxton Parks. She is also survived by her five nieces, along with many great nieces and nephews, loving relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Templeton Community Church.
