He is survived by: his wife Dolores M. Slagle (Fox) of Templeton; his children, Earl Slagle Jr. (Lisa) of Templeton and LuAnn Cloak (Randy) of Templeton; his granddaughters, Faith Christley (Michael) of Butler, Kelly Craft (Bradley) of Youngsville, NC. and Julie Parks (Philip) of Dayton; his great grandchildren, Paxton Parks and Luke Craft; and his sister Virginia Milliken of Chicora.
