Cook; his parent Kathryn Tiffany (Chepka); his children, Christina Johnson (Tiffany) of Germansville, PA and Bobbi Cook of Hellertown; his grandchildren, Lacy Cook and Damian Johnson; his siblings, Rose A. Volz of Cherry Hill, NJ, Vera J. Clark of West Chester, Kathryn C. Tiffany of Voorhees, NJ, Helen Rainier of Cherry Hill, NJ, Charles Tiffany of Upland, PA and Wayne Tiffany of Williamstown, NJ.; and his close friend Harry Thompson.
