He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Franklin Hoffman and Linda Rea Firus (late Ewald Firus). He is survived by: his wife Stefania Hoffman (Candelori); his children, Zachary Thomas Hoffman (Mackenzie Lawson) of Muhlenberg Township and Juliana Leigh Hoffman (Connor Monk) of Temple; his sister Mary Ann (Robert A. Bieber) of Sinking Spring; his mother-in-law Domenica (late Gino Candelori); and his siblings-in-law, Gabriella (Matthew Alessandroni), Lisa (James Russo) and Luigi D. Candelori (Elizabeth K. Candelori). He is also survived by many other relatives, including nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
