She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernado Cirulli and Concetta Cirulli (Falasca); her husband Edward Donofrio; and her siblings, Angelina Fantilli (Cirulli), Darina Cirulli, Maria Cirulli, Giuseppe Cirulli and Silvino Cirulli.
She is survived by: her daughters, JoAnn Hale (Tom Hale) and DiAnn Smoot (Charles Thomas Smoot); her grandchildren, Simonina Hale, Tommy Hale, Jennifer Loaiza, Chelsea Leary and Zachary Smoot; her stepgrandchildren, Kylie Barford and Dustin Smoot; her great grandchild Landon Groff; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Rowan and Finley Barford; and her sister Gina Cirulli. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
