He was predeceased by: his parents, Mahlon Black and Teresa DeSantis Isett; and his brothers, Robert A. Black (Roger Bauer) and Richard K. Isett, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry R. (Beverly Black), Scott E. Isett, Dean Black, Sinking Spring and Kenneth Black; his sisters-in-law, Jennifer Black, Diane Isett and Riverview Park; and his former wife Elizabeth Hahn of Shillington. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
