She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. "Bob" Yoe; her parents, Joseph Richardson and Virgie Richardson (Flowers); and her siblings, Joseph, James Richardson and Grace Vaughn.
She is survived by: her son George G. Yoe (Marileen) of Hamburg; her granddaughters, Pamela Yoe and Melissa Yoe-Laity (Christopher); and her great grandchildren, Dakota Downing, Jordan Yoe-Laity, Riley Yoe-Laity, Logan Yoe-Laity and Morgan Carvajal.
