She was predeceased by: her mother Betty Jean Wurst (Long). She is survived by: her husband Michael P. Guldin; her father Charles Wurst; her sons, Shawn D. Avans of Womelsdorf, Timothy W. Avans of Womelsdorf and Matthew R. Guldin; her brother David Wurst (Susan); and her friends, Anita Tait-Weidenhammer, Sandra Paton, Cheryl Long, Exeter and Brenda Heckman. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League, 58 Kennel Rd, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
