He is survived by: his wife Danielle M. Worth (Mayer); his parents, Leon "Chip" J. Worth and Yvonne S. Worth (Wagner); his siblings, Andrew S. Worth (Kim) and Jennifer E. Gunther (Dan); his sister-in-law Melissa Devlin (Ned); his mother-in-law Bonnie L Mayer (Lorah); his nieces and nephews, Paige, Julie, Freddie, Jesse and Hailie; and his great-niece Elyse.
