He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. Pilarcik, and Rose Pilarcik, Sr. (Wender); and his brother Terrance Pilarcik. He is survived by: his wife Mary Mirigliani; his sons, Justin Pilarcik (Carolyn) of Bala Cynwyd, PA and Joseph Pilarcik (Jennifer Washicosky); and his granddaughters, Jade, Eleanor and Audrey Pilarcik.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Saints Peter & Paul Church, Plains.
