He was predeceased by: his father Eustaquio Ortiz. He is survived by: his mother Julia Ortiz (Rivera); and his siblings, Felipe, Pablo, Emilia, Juana, Maria, Eliseo, Samuel Raquel and Evan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
