He is survived by: his parents, Mia Lentz (Geoff Stedman) and John Lentz, Sr. (Mary); his daughter Angelina Waclawsky; his siblings, James Lentz (Hillary) and Julie Powell (Chris); and his nephews, Brady, Ryan, Daniel and Connor. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
